Refund policy

No Returns Policy: Once an order is successfully placed and payment is made, we do not entertain returns. Customers are requested to place orders only if they agree to this term.

Non-Returnable Products: Any opened product is non-returnable. Ensure you are satisfied with the product before opening the package.

Exceptions for Exchanges: We will only accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Products received are damaged or defective.

The buyer informs us within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds

Cancellation and Refunds: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processed.

Store Credit Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit under these circumstances:

If the order is not delivered within 30 days due to Vaasva inability to ship.

If the shipping location is unserviceable by our courier partners.

No Refund for Damaged Products: Damaged products will only be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
Refund Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.

Non-availability of the recipient at the provided address.

Refusal to accept the product upon delivery.

Customer dissatisfaction after product delivery.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days as store credit or direct transfer.
